Menus changed. 11:15am... Not all breakfast meals/deals we're not longer available. Wanted full brkfast meal but had to settle for egg&sausage biscuit. Wasn't as good as usual.....no seasoning at all! Next time I.ll just stick w/ the trusty BigMac ; ).
I go through here and get drinks on most nights. Sweet tea is great. They know me by name and I like that. The biggest problem is they work shorthanded but do the best they can with what they have.
Has gotten better since the last time I ate their. The food was hot and I like the fact that you can use the mobile app to save money. Still McDonald's is not a healthy place to eat so I'll be still be eating at home. However once in a blue moon I'll be back.
I eat here often and I ALWAYS get the same thing. Most days my food is exactly how I ordered it, which is ideal. Lately, my order ends up being a little off but honestly to me it's not that big of a deal.
I asked for one item , a coke with light ice , when I pulled up to the window for pickup , I saw an employee add a large scoop of ice to the drink. When I didn't take it when the employee went to hand it to me and said this is supposed to be light ice , the employee rolled his eyes , took off the top and dumped out some of the ice , added a small amount of coke to it , not filled as it should be , handed it to me with the cup wet down the side with coke . He said " is that okay ? " - I said " Can I have a napkin to wipe it off ? " He said " we don't give out a napkin with a drink " . So I said " this is not really okay " , but just pulled off because it was obvious that he didn't care to make it better because he probably is only there to get a paycheck. More and More customer service , common courtesy and respect , and worst of all basic intelligence and common sense just seem to not matter or exist .
